Q: Is there anything that I need to do before my photographic session?
A: Yes, approximately 1 week before your photographic session, Jacob Maes Photography will email with a session reminder email. This email will have a link to a "Pre-Session Information Guide" that we ask that you complete before your photographic session date with us.
Q: What will I receive from my photographic session?
A: High school senior portrait experience sessions and high school senior portrait sessions will receive the best 50-60 images in a proof book. These proofs will also be available in an online viewing and ordering gallery. Family and children portrait sessions, maternity and newborn session and engagement sessions will receive the best 40-50 proofed prints. These proofs will also be available in an online viewing and ordering gallery.
Q: When will I see the proofs? How will I see the proofs?
A: Proofs from your photographic session will be available approximately 4 weeks following your session date. Additional time may be needed during high-demand times. Additional time may also be needed for proofs that have selected the shipping option instead of the pick-up option. Proofs will be presented to you as 4x5 proofed prints in a proof box and in an online viewing and ordering gallery. Once you have picked up or received your proofs, Jacob Maes Photography will post your online viewing and ordering gallery within 24 hours.
Q: How do I access the online gallery for my session?
A: To access your online gallery, please click on "CLIENTS" in the upper right hand corner of our website. By doing this, you will be linked to our online viewing and ordering website for clients (clients.jacobmaesphotography.com). Please search for the respective gallery in which you wish to view and/or order. Once you have entered your gallery, you will be prompted to enter your email address (and password, if applicable) to gain access into your gallery.

Q: How long will an order take to complete?
A: Jacob Maes Photography strives to provide professional and timely services and this includes our turnaround times as well. Please allow 2-4 weeks for your order to be completed. Please note that some professional prints, products and artwork take longer to complete, as well as large quantity orders.
Q: How will I know that my order is ready?
A: Once your order has been completed, Jacob Maes Photography will contact you via email, phone or both to let you know that your order is ready. If you placed an online order, you will receive an email stating that your order is either ready to be picked up or has been shipped to you. If you will be picking up your order at Jacob Maes Photography, please feel free to confirm a pick-up date and time with us. If your order has been shipped to you, you will receive an email with a USPS tracking number outlining the delivery status of your order. Please allow an additional 1-3 business days following receiving your shipping confirmation email for your order to be delivered. If you placed an order via ordering appointment, email or telephone, Jacob Maes Photography will contact you once your order is complete and discuss pick-up or delivery options.
Q: What are my shipping options?
A: All orders placed with Jacob Maes Photography will receive two (2) shipping options:
(1) Pick-up Your Order -- This option can be selected for any client whom chooses to pick-up orders at Jacob Maes Photography location in Glenwood City, Wisconsin. This shipping option is provided to out clients at no additional charge.
(2) Shipping via USPS -- This shipping option can be selected for any client who wishes to have their order shipped directly to them. Shipments will be made via USPS Priority Mail. Please allow an additional 1-3 business days following receiving your shipping confirmation email for your order to be delivered. This shipping option is an additional $6.70 per order.
Q: Does my online viewing and ordering gallery expire?
A: Yes, online viewing and ordering galleries expiate approximately three months following receiving your proof prints from your session. Clients whom have logged into their online gallery will be notified 30 days, 14 days, 7 days and 1 day before the expiration of their online gallery. Once a gallery expires, the gallery will only be accessible for online viewing and ordering by request only. A $10.00 reactivation fee will be charged to all orders placed from an exported gallery. To avoid any reactivation feels, please place your order(s) before the expiration date.
